We recognise that constructive partnerships between parents & carers lie at the heart of quality care. Parents, carers & management must work together, sharing information and creating a program which is developed through productive, proactive teamwork. We encourage parents to come into the centre at any time to participate or simply to observe their children at play.

Whilst aiming to provide a service of excellence at all times, we acknowledge that our beliefs & philosophies will inevitably change as new insights are gained and practice is evaluated. We again further encourage all families to contribute to this ongoing process for greater quality of improvement.

There is nothing more rewarding than being part of the children’s journey and having the privilege that the families choose you to watch and educate their pride and joy.

I have a passion for the planning in childcare, I love to be involved in this and seeing what we can achieve when we work with the each other and the children and being able to put this in a documentation form that is evident in our environments.

As a service manager I am looking forward to being part of an amazing team and working together to make the service the best opportunity, loving environment, safest and happiest place for the children and the families. I look forward to continuing to grow as a person, service manager and as an educator. You can never stop learning and the things you can achieve when have an open mind, you listen and are present is endless.

Enrolment process

Our early learning centre in Warragul promotes an open-door policy where families can visit and walk through the centre at any time during operational hours.

Once families have completed a tour, they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.

Once enrolled, the orientation process begins. The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family’s needs.
